About the Role

The After School Site Supervisor serves as the Site Lead for the Clifton Area Neighborhood Schools, responsible for the development and daily operations of school-based after-school programming. This role is designed to ensure a safe, responsive environment that meets child care best practices and licensing standards. You will oversee a team of staff while providing direct supervision and engagement with children, fostering their social-emotional and academic growth. The position requires implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, managing enrollment and client progress, and maintaining compliance with Ohio licensing and Step Up to Quality standards. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as data management and tuition collection while supporting staff development and quality improvement initiatives.

Work Environment

This position operates within a combination of office, school, and mental health treatment environments. The role involves regular interaction with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors. Employees may be exposed to shouting, verbal or physical aggression, as well as blood or bodily fluids. The physical demands of the job require the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
