St. Luke's is proud of the skills, experience, and compassion of its employees, who are our most valuable asset. Individually and together, our team is dedicated to satisfying the mission of our organization: an unwavering commitment to excellence as we care for the sick and injured, educate physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, and improve access to care in the communities we serve. This commitment extends to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay for healthcare.
The Clinical Coordinator serves as a vital leader responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and evaluating daily operations while guiding the unit-based team. This role exists to ensure seamless patient care delivery and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the team to develop and adjust staffing based on patient care needs, assign responsibilities, and facilitate staff education activities such as orientation and competency reviews. Beyond administrative duties, you will actively participate in hiring, counseling, and performance reviews, while also managing daily operations within budget parameters. The position requires a hands-on approach to patient care, including conducting systematic assessments, formulating collaborative care plans, and implementing interventions appropriate to the patient's age and condition.
