Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist with student check-in and check-out procedures to ensure accurate attendance and safe release
- check_circleSupervise students during program hours to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- check_circleMonitor student behavior and reinforce program expectations and positive behavior practices
- check_circleAssist with transitions between activities, including lining up and organizing groups
- check_circleSupport the setup and cleanup of activity spaces including classrooms and outdoor areas
- check_circleCommunicate student needs or concerns to program staff as appropriate
- check_circleFacilitate enrichment activities, group projects, and structured games for students
- check_circleProvide direct support in after-school program activities promoting academic, social, and recreational development
