About the Role
As a Caregiver or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will be the heart of the home, assisting participants with daily activities such as light housekeeping, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Beyond essential tasks, you will engage individuals in community involvement by attending events, outings, and activities together. Your role is to provide companionship, develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families, and maintain a trusting, comforting environment.
You will observe and report any changes in a senior's mental, physical, or emotional condition to your supervisor. This position offers flexible, consistent schedules for both full-time and part-time employees, with paid training and a supportive team culture.
