Families in our society today face tremendous challenges. The Help Group is one of the largest nonprofits of its kind in the U.S., dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, abuse, mental health issues, and social-emotional challenges. Our initiatives touch the lives of over 6,000 clients annually, offering unparalleled academic programs, mental health support, therapy, life coaching, vocational training, and specialized social and residential programs.
At the heart of our mission is a steadfast commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential and live positive, productive, and fulfilling lives. We foster long-term skills and support systems through strategic partnerships with governmental agencies and innovative programs like Full-Service Partnership (FSP), Wraparound (WRAP), and PIER (Early Psychosis). We invite passionate professionals to join us in supporting the development of our students, clients, and residents as we continue to expand our reach and impact.
We are seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor (LMFT or LCSW with DMH experience) to join our team in Van Nuys, with potential locations in Culver City and Inglewood. This role is designed for those driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in their community and shape brighter futures.
As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will provide administrative oversight within the Wraparound or FSP Department under the Director's supervision. You will lead a diverse team including therapists, therapy interns, case managers, administrative staff, and parent partners. Beyond leadership, you will continue to provide individual and family therapy to clients, conduct group training and supervision, and ensure compliance with agency policies. This position requires a deep commitment to crisis intervention and 24-hour availability as needed, ensuring that both supervisees and clients receive the support they require. You will also play a key role in interviewing prospective staff and collaborating with the Client Services Quality Assurance Director to maintain documentation standards.
The Help Group offers a supportive, professional work environment filled with wonderful training opportunities. We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels. All individuals, regardless of personal characteristics, are encouraged to apply. If you are looking for a career where you can grow while making a tangible difference in the lives of adolescents, adults, and families, we invite you to apply.
