As the Community Manager for the Concord Pointe location, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management.
In this role, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset's policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns. As a leading affordable housing management company, we value experience with affordable housing programs (such as LIHTC, HUD, and USDA) and are looking for a leader who can drive net operating income, develop strategic marketing plans, and foster resident satisfaction through effective retention programs. You will head the emergency response team for the property and ensure that maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities are completed with quality and expediency.
