About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in our Lafayette, Baton Rouge, or New Orleans offices, requiring a mix of in-office and remote work with at least three days per week in the office. You will join a high-performing, collaborative team that thrives on turning strategy into results. On any given day, you will collaborate with your team to strategize, grow, and manage your book of business, build lasting client partnerships, and prospect new opportunities.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients in leveraging digital and cross-platform campaigns to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and achieve business goals. You will serve as the face of Cox Media, representing the company with energy and excellence whether you are in the office managing accounts or out in the field prospecting. This role is for the driven, strategic sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who is motivated by performance-driven outcomes and the rewards that come with them.

Requirements
