About the Team

You will be the Electrical Missile Architect for the Air Dominance Strike Weapons (ADSW) team. Our team designs, develops, and fields next-generation strike missiles, delivering affordable, producible solutions that meet exacting performance, integration, and survivability requirements across the full mission envelope.

About the Role

As the Electrical Missile Architect, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering group—including electrical, mechanical, structures, lethality, propulsion, thermal, materials, processes, and environments—to define and validate the missile's system-level electrical architecture. You will provide day-to-day technical direction, coordinate subsystem integration, and partner with business development, program planning, verification, and customer representatives to keep the program on schedule and on budget.

Location & Work Model

This position is based in Orlando, Florida, at a facility that requires special access. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite full-time. We support a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility, including condensed schedules. The schedule for this specific position is a 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Security & Citizenship Requirements

This position is located at a facility that requires special access. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. A Secret clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years is required to start.
