In this position, you will serve as a leader within our nuclear engineering team, guiding others to take engineering problems from issue to solution. You are expected to set expectations for using data and modern tools—such as automation and AI—to improve workflows, reduce rework, and deliver cost-effective designs. This role involves directing automation and process-improvement work, including how teams automate calculations, summarize technical documents, or generate design documentation. You will guide the appropriate use of AI and agentic AI tools while ensuring all results are rigorously checked.
You will have the opportunity to lead engineering project teams and interface directly with clients at their offices or plant sites to make presentations related to engineering tasks and status. This role is designed for individuals who value continuous learning and may have additional experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering to effectively oversee automation-enabled engineering workflows.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will spend three days a week in the office, providing flexibility to work remotely for two days.
