About the Role
We are seeking the right candidate for the position of Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) at The Azaleas Assisted Living & The Villas Independent Living. In this vital role, you will ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team. You will provide exceptional clinical leadership and support, serving as a key partner in the planning, development, and direction of our nursing department. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through the recruitment and training of competent personnel, the facilitation of care plan conferences, and the management of the care planning process to ensure compliance with Federal and State educational requirements.
