About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Clinician (Registered Nurse) to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the continuity and safety of patient care. You will serve as a key partner to physicians and interdisciplinary team members, coordinating comprehensive care plans and advocating for patient safety and comfort.
In this position, you will thrive in a dynamic setting where you educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications safely, and documenting accurately in the EMR. You will also play a crucial role in supporting clinical initiatives and quality improvement efforts, potentially mentoring less experienced staff as you grow within the organization.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- verifiedBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtained within set timeframe
- verifiedPrior acute care or clinical rotation experience in hospital setting
- verifiedEligibility to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
