About the Role

In this position, you will serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote safety and positive patient outcomes. Your day will involve providing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and IV therapies safely, and developing individualized care plans. You will advocate for patients' needs, ensuring culturally sensitive care for diverse populations, while coordinating diagnostic tests, procedures, and transitions of care.

Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in patient and family education regarding diagnoses and discharge instructions. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and may have the opportunity to precept or mentor new nurses and nursing students, reflecting our commitment to growing the next generation of healthcare leaders.
