Adobe Client Journey Analytics Architect/ CJA Architect

About the Role

You will serve as the embedded CJA Architect for the Enterprise Marketing Analytics team, leading the architectural execution of the 7-Pack CJA migration plan. With Packs 1 and 2 already complete, this role focuses on senior ownership for Packs 3 through 7. You will be responsible for defining schema and semantic layer governance, enabling Lighthouse use cases, validating parallel runs, and managing the final rollout. This is a 6-month contract position where you will work day-to-day with the team to ensure a seamless transition from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics.

Scope and Impact

Your work will directly shape the organization's data architecture and governance. Key areas of focus include:

• Semantic Layer Governance: Architecting canonical metric definitions in CJA Data Views and enforcing standards to eliminate warehouse duplication risks.
• Lighthouse Use Cases: Building architecture to support ABM intelligence, AI referral attribution, paid media ROI, and funnel movement logic.
• Operating Model: Defining access governance, QA standards, and documentation models while building the technical enablement layer for the internal team.
• Parallel Run & Rollout: Leading parity testing between Adobe Analytics and CJA, defining variance thresholds, and driving the training plan and adoption monitoring for the final rollout.
