Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead technical design and enablement of Real-Time Customer Data Platform use cases
- check_circleDefine gold standard schemas, identity namespaces, and profile merge policies
- check_circleMonitor dataflow health and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks
- check_circleManage platform lifecycle including feature adoption and seamless upgrades
- check_circleAct as primary technical liaison to influence Adobe product roadmap
- check_circleDevelop technical KPIs to track platform uptime and data latency
- check_circleDevelop future-proof technical roadmaps for Adobe Experience Platform scalability
- check_circlePartner with IT and Security to ensure MarTech stack architectural soundness
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- verifiedSix or more years of relevant experience
- verifiedSix or more years of relevant experience in MarTech engineering or platform operations
- verifiedSix or more years of hands-on engineering experience with AEP/RTCDP
- verifiedAdobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform Architect or RTCDP Business Practitioner preferred
Nice to Have
Subject Matter Expertise in AEP/RTCDP with deep hands-on experience in XDM schemas, Identity Service, Profile Service, and Destination connectors. Proven experience in maintaining the stability and performance of large-scale enterprise data platforms. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, data-driven technology projects. Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform Architect or RTCDP Business Practitioner. Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Experience in a CoE model where you set standards for others to follow. Background in large-scale data migrations or platform transformations.
