This position serves as a vital bridge between patients and the healthcare system, responsible for welcoming patients and collecting their personal and medical information. The role plays a critical part in determining whether a patient will be admitted by reviewing medical benefits and financial responsibility forms. Beyond data collection, you will coordinate admissions with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties, while assisting patients and families with questions or concerns related to the admissions process. You may also arrange essential services for patients, such as transportation, ensuring a smooth transition into care.
