About the Role
As an Admitting Clerk, you will embrace a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. This role is designed to springboard your career by offering significant variety in shifts and environments. You will float across outpatient hospital departments and the emergency department, with opportunities to cross-train in other areas of patient financial services.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, requiring a positive, can-do attitude and a growth mindset. You will handle the registration process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while navigating a high-stress environment. Your work will directly support our commitment to providing the highest quality, family-friendly care available.
Schedule
This is a part-time, benefited opportunity offering 48 hours per pay period. The role covers various hospital departments and emergency department registration. Shifts may rotate and include weekends or overnight hours. Typical shift lengths are 7–10 hours, though 12-hour shifts may also be available.

- check_circlePlace, answer, and direct phone calls while distributing messages
