About the Role
We are seeking a Social Services Director with previous experience in long-term care to join our Administrator in Training (AIT) program. This role is designed for a candidate ready to learn overall facility operations and provide leadership in quality patient care. As an AIT, you will gain exposure to key areas including financial operations, human resources, customer service, business development, and clinical operations.
You will work closely with the facility management team to uphold policies regarding patient care, caregiving, and support staff, while managing financial controls and the maintenance of the physical plant. A core part of your journey involves learning budget management to meet facility needs and division goals in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards. Upon successful completion of the AIT program and obtaining your Nursing Home Administrator license, you will be expected to relocate to a facility of our choosing and commit to a minimum of two years as an Executive Director.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this program will undergo a comprehensive training pathway. The process includes the AIT training program itself, followed by the acquisition of the necessary Nursing Home Administrator license. Successful completion leads to a placement as an Executive Director within one of our facilities.

Requirements
