We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Jacksonville area. This role exists to deliver high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced environment, treating patients of all ages (6 months and up) with efficiency and compassion. You will be part of a collaborative culture that encourages teamwork, growth, and ensures your contributions are recognized and valued.
In this position, you will treat an average of 3-4 patients per hour, performing essential procedures such as suturing, splinting, and I&D, while ordering and interpreting labs, x-rays, and ECGs. You will utilize Nextgen for electronic medical records. A dedicated support team, including Patient Services Advocates, Medical Assistants, and X-ray Techs, is available to assist you throughout your shift, ensuring you can focus on patient care. The schedule is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, featuring 3-4 flexible 12-hour shifts per week with no overnight requirements.
