About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cancer Patient Scheduler to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is designed to provide a regular schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or evenings required. You will serve as a vital link between our practice and our patients, ensuring a courteous, professional, and efficient experience. Your day will involve managing internal scheduling for appointments and treatments while collaborating with external healthcare partners to coordinate procedures, imaging, and other services. You will also be the first point of contact for patient concerns, addressing them with empathy and professionalism.
