About the Role

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Jacksonville, FL area. This role is designed for clinicians who value a flexible schedule and a coastal lifestyle without compromising on high-quality care. You will treat patients of all ages (6 months+) in a fast-paced urgent care setting, averaging 3-4 patients per hour. The position offers the opportunity to perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and I&D, as well as order and interpret labs, x-rays, and ECGs using Nextgen EMR.

You will work as part of a collaborative team where your contributions are recognized and valued. A dedicated team member is available to answer questions while you are on shift, and you will be supported by Patient Services Advocates, Medical Assistants, and X-ray Techs. If desired, there are opportunities to pick up overtime shifts. We encourage teamwork and professional growth, ensuring you have the resources to thrive.
