About the Role
We are seeking an Administrator to join our full-time team and lead the strategic direction of our facility. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our center, overseeing clinical and business functions while fostering a culture of professional medical and nursing care. You will work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including AAASF, OSHA, CMS, and CLIA standards.
Your day-to-day impact will involve directing staff, managing managed care contracts, and developing entity-specific policies that drive daily operations. You will play a key role in quality management, infection control, and the credentialing process, ensuring our facility maintains the highest standards of accreditation and licensure. Additionally, you will provide vision and direction for employee training and motivation, working alongside the Office Manager to optimize scheduling and staffing for maximum quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in nursing or management
