The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our administrative and program operations function smoothly and collaboratively. This position serves as a central point of coordination across Outpatient Services (OPS), Community Recovery Services (CRS), Supportive Housing (SH), and Administrative departments.\n You will work directly under the Director of Administrative Services, acting as the first point of contact for our Headquarters South Entrance. Reliability, consistency, and presence are essential, as you will support multiple programs, staff, and the individuals we serve. Your work ensures that our internal systems remain strong so our programs can focus on what matters most: people.
