About the Role

This full-time contractual position serves as a vital operational support role within the Licensing Unit. The primary focus is to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of application data by preparing daily statistical reports for the Licensing Manager. These reports track received applications and highlight any pending information requiring attention.

In addition to reporting duties, the role acts as a dedicated trainer for the Licensing Unit of operations. A key component of the position involves managing the application lifecycle for technicians, pharmacists, interns, and vaccination candidates. This includes reviewing applications, contacting applicants to discuss missing items, and providing clear timelines for when those items are expected to be received.
