About the Role

As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our Administration & Clerical team, ensuring smooth daily operations for our healthcare and community-based programs. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical and administrative functions, creating an efficient environment where staff can focus on patient care.

In this position, you will manage the rhythm of the office, from coordinating complex calendars and scheduling meetings to maintaining the integrity of confidential records. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting them with a customer-service approach while handling sensitive inquiries. Your work will directly support billing processes, data reporting, and the onboarding of new team members, ensuring that every administrative workflow runs seamlessly.
