As the first point of contact for residents and business owners, you will manage inquiries regarding taxes, billing, sanitation fees, and business licenses. Your day will involve handling high-volume calls and emails, assisting with collections, delinquent accounts, repayment plans, and refunds, while supporting broader revenue operations and administrative tasks. This is a 100% onsite role where you will work under the guidance of a supportive leader, with opportunities for hands-on training to grow into a subject matter expert.
