About the Team

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA, as part of the Development team. We play a large part in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our ever-growing portfolio. As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Head of AD&C Luxury & Lifestyle and partner with senior leaders from the Luxury & Lifestyle Development, Development Operations, and Owner Relations teams to support daily operations and help drive key initiatives forward.

In this position, you will be the backbone of our executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of complex schedules, travel arrangements, and communications. You will manage the inflow of information for senior leaders, draft high-quality correspondence and presentations, and serve as a liaison between internal and external partners to facilitate efficient decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the organization's ability to execute its growth strategy while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements
