Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law (JSL) is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. We are seeking an organized and dependable Department Secretary to serve as the operational backbone of Student Services. In this role, you will manage routine clerical and administrative functions, acting as the primary point of contact for the office. Your day will involve drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate student, alumni, and employer records. You will play a key role in the success of our community by assisting with educational seminars, skills workshops, career fairs, and on-campus recruiting events. Additionally, you will help craft the Student and Alumni Newsletters and manage the front desk by answering phones and greeting visitors.
