About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a growing construction team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is designed to provide essential support to project managers and site supervisors, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project management. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleProvide administrative support to the construction team, including project managers and site supervisors
  • check_circleAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • check_circleSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • check_circlePrepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • check_circleMaintain and update project files, records, and databases
  • check_circleAssist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • check_circleMonitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • check_circleGreet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • check_circleHandle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Requirements

Nice to Have

Experience in the construction industry or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles. Additional certification in Office Administration.
