About the Role
This full-time, on-site position serves as the front line for McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP, a dynamic and growing law firm. The role is dedicated to managing reception and outbound physical mail, including copying, scanning, and filing, while handling administrative responsibilities associated with legal documents and correspondence.
You will function as a key support member in a high-volume, time-sensitive atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction. While no prior legal experience is necessary, the position offers an opportunity to learn basic legal documents and terminology while working independently and as part of a collaborative team. The role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to continual change while maintaining strict confidentiality of client and borrower information.
