The Administrative Assistant is a vital entry-level position designed to maintain an organized and efficient office environment. This role serves as the central hub for administrative coordination, supporting managers, employees, and visitors while managing a wide array of clerical tasks. From handling daily operational needs to facilitating onsite meetings, the Administrative Assistant ensures the smooth flow of office activities.
As the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers, this position requires delivering timely responses and excellent customer service. The role also extends to supporting Human Resources initiatives, assisting with event planning, document management, and the distribution of business correspondence.
This is an in-office position located in a corporate setting, requiring daily attendance from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves operating in a general office environment with standard noise levels and HVAC systems. While the office is accessible via elevator, the ability to climb stairs is necessary in case of elevator outages. The position may occasionally require light lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to standard office conditions.
