The Project Administrative Assistant serves as the heart of business operations and the driving force that keeps the Wind team moving forward. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in an ever-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility, inventiveness, and enthusiasm while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
You will be the central point of contact for the project site, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with the ability to work independently. Your day-to-day involves managing the flow of information, coordinating logistics, and strategically supporting the team's projects using the latest software and services. This position requires a high degree of organization and the ability to adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of a wind farm project site.
This is a fully onsite role located directly at the wind farm project site. Success in this position requires the ability to work 100% onsite, engaging with staff at all levels and navigating the unique challenges of a construction and renewable energy environment.
