The Administrative Assistant serves as a vital hub for our regional management, direct service providers, or corporate departments. This role is designed to ensure smooth operational flow by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will act as the primary point of contact for the region or office, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining the integrity of our records systems.
In this position, you will support the Office Manager or Program Director by preparing agendas, arranging staff orientations, and assisting with meetings. You will also play a key role in our compliance and quality efforts by assisting with client chart audits and conducting agency surveys. Whether you are managing the front desk, handling correspondence, or supporting the Billing Department at the corporate level, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our team and the quality of care we deliver.
