We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and serve as the operational backbone of our property management department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Your day will involve coordinating daily tenant transactions, managing fund-related data for move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining accurate records within our database systems. You will play a vital part in supporting the property management team by handling routine inquiries, routing complex issues to the appropriate staff, and ensuring the office runs smoothly with adequate supplies and organized documentation.
