This position serves as the CEO's right hand across multiple businesses simultaneously. You will be the bridge between the CEO's intent and completed work, managing a diverse scope that includes facilities, vendors, recruiting, insurance, grants, billing, and marketing accountability.
Success in this role relies on strong judgment, relentless follow-through, and the ability to figure things out independently without needing step-by-step guidance. You will take ownership of maintenance issues across every site, coordinate routine schedules for HVAC and cleaning, and set up new spaces from furniture orders to classroom prep. Additionally, you will manage the entire vendor lifecycle—from sourcing and vetting to maintaining a single source of truth for all sites.
Beyond daily operations, you will track CEO-assigned projects to completion, build KPI scorecards, and surface critical billing items weekly. You will also handle insurance documentation, grant reimbursements, and recruiting support, ensuring that Regional Directors and site managers have the reports and dashboards they need to succeed.
