About the Role
We are seeking an Ad Operations Specialist with advanced technical expertise to join our growing team. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, analytically sharp professional who thrives on managing the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns. You will be the bridge between complex data and clear, actionable insights, ensuring our clients' campaigns perform at their peak.
In this position, you will translate raw data into meaningful performance narratives for both internal teams and clients. You will partner with media planners, buyers, and client services to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader strategies. Whether troubleshooting tracking issues or presenting technical concepts in accessible language during client calls, you will play a vital role in our operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleBuild and maintain advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- check_circleImplement and audit event-based tracking to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- check_circleTroubleshoot tracking issues using browser-based debugging tools and platform diagnostics
- check_circleDevelop and maintain performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio or Tableau
- check_circleTrack and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and attribution data
- check_circleMaintain documentation of campaign specs, tracking setups, and operational processes
- check_circleCompile and deliver clear post-campaign and in-flight reports translating data into insights
- check_circleParticipate in client calls to communicate technical concepts in accessible language
- check_circlePartner with media planners and client services to ensure seamless campaign execution
Requirements
- verified2-5 years of experience in ad operations within an agency environment
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, information systems, or a related field
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API
- verifiedHands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or Tableau
