About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Activities Director to join our leadership team following the retirement of our previous director. This role is vital to our mission, serving as the architect of a diversified program that engages residents through recreational, educational, religious, physical, and intellectual activities.
As an active member of the facility's Leadership Team, you will oversee the Activities Assistant(s) and manage a network of volunteers across the campus. Your day will involve creating and maintaining individualized activity plans, coordinating schedules with residents and families, and advocating for resident needs with physicians, allied health professionals, and the broader community. You will also manage vendor relationships for outside entertainment and ensure all departmental documentation meets state and federal regulations.
