Acquisition Analyst

About the Role

CACI is seeking a cleared Acquisition Analyst to support an Army Product Management Office located on Ft Belvoir, VA. In this capacity, you will serve as a vital link in executing acquisition management across an entire product line, ensuring the seamless coordination of products and taskings through all acquisition process and life cycle phases.

Your day-to-day work involves preparing, configuring, and staffing critical Milestone documentation, as well as drafting Acquisition and Contracting documents such as Justifications and Approvals (J&A), Source Selection Plans, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and Determinations and Findings (D&F). You will actively participate in source selection boards, technical evaluations, and product Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), while assisting with contract oversight and managing the program budget and master schedule.

Beyond documentation, you will identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs, lead the preparation of Supply Requests Packages for the Defense Logistics Agency, and manage the transition of products from Product Management to DLA or Army Sustainment. Your role is essential in developing acquisition strategies, maintaining configuration control, and creating plans for product risk mitigation to achieve desired contracted outcomes.
