About the Role
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist serves as a vital link between our financial operations and our client relationships. In this position, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer invoicing, collections, and cash applications. Your work ensures the accuracy of our financial records and supports the timely payment of outstanding balances, directly contributing to the company's cash flow and operational stability.
You will collaborate closely with internal accounting and sales teams, as well as external clients, to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain positive, professional relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCommunicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries
- check_circleCollaborate with accounting and sales teams to resolve invoice or payment issues
- check_circleAssist with month-end closing activities and reporting
- check_circleEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- verified2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Prior experience in a corporate or shared services environment. Knowledge of collections and cash application processes.
