We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable & Administrative Coordinator to support daily accounting and office operations. This role is designed to ensure efficient business operations by managing accounts receivable functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing essential administrative support.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customer billing inquiries while managing the day-to-day financial workflow.
