The AP Supervisor serves as a vital leader within our finance operations, responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Accounts Payable team. This role exists to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of our financial workflows while mentoring the team to achieve excellence. You will act as a bridge between the AP Manager and the team, managing workflows, supervising staff, and driving process improvements. In this position, you will not only manage critical tasks like invoice verification and vendor reconciliations but also provide administrative training and support to facilities, ensuring our broader organization runs smoothly.
