About the Role
In this role, you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to process accounts payable, ensuring timely vendor and team member disbursements. Additionally, you will be asked to assist with other finance-related tasks to support the team's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess invoices and internal payment requests to vendors
- check_circleProcess payments including checks and electronic fund transfers
- check_circleSet up vendors and maintain vendor records within the Accounts Payable System
- check_circlePrepare general ledger entries and assist in the month-end close process
- check_circleRespond to inquiries related to Accounts Payable
- check_circleCode domestic and international expense reports
- check_circleEnsure accuracy and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- check_circleAssist with credit card program maintenance including fraud monitoring and account updates
Requirements
- verified3+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, office administration, or related field
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- verifiedExperience with Concur or other expense reporting platforms
