About the Role
The AP Customer Service Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the health of our vendor relationships and financial operations. This position goes beyond simple data entry; it involves analyzing and reconciling all vendor statements, managing the no-receiver report, and ensuring all vendor accounts remain in good standing to prevent service interruptions. You will serve as a bridge between internal business partners and external suppliers, providing answers to inquiries and resolving escalated issues related to invoice processing and payment. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of the Grocery Outlet model and proficiency in all aspects of Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAnalyze vendor statements and provide detailed data to AP Processors
- check_circleResolve escalated issues related to invoice processing and payment
- check_circleManage no-receiver reports and communicate unmatched invoices to IOs
- check_circleIdentify areas for improvement within the accounts payable process
- check_circleEstablish and manage relationships with stakeholders to address inquiries
- check_circleMonitor team productivity on invoice processing and iReq cases
- check_circleProvide training to AP Processors as needed
- check_circleAct as a backup for managing iCare cases
- check_circleManage all large vendor communications and escalate issues as needed
- check_circleManage vendor credit application requests and obtain proper authorization
- check_circleReview VIM data to identify and flag duplicate entries
- check_circleOversee vendor accounts to ensure they remain in good standing
Requirements

- verified6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- verifiedExpert Excel experience
