About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be the guardian of our financial workflows, ensuring that stock invoices from suppliers are reviewed and paid in a timely manner. This role is more than just data entry; it is a hub for communication where you will partner with external suppliers and internal managers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure the smooth flow of goods and payments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for payable questions, building strong professional relationships to provide superior customer service across our branches and vendor network.
In this position, you will play a key part in our operational efficiency by assisting the Accounts Payable Supervisor in monitoring queues, establishing workflows, and coordinating payment distributions. Your work ensures that discounts are captured timely, statements are reconciled accurately, and vendor records are kept up to date. Whether you are auditing purchase orders, training new team members, or resolving complex delivery issues via phone or digital trackers, your accuracy and organizational skills will directly support our commitment to quality.
