About the Role
The Financial Advisor Team Leader serves as a vital resource to staff, clients, and their families regarding treatment funding options. In this role, you will assist in managing and maintaining client business accounts, ensuring financial accuracy from initial eligibility completion through the entire course of treatment. Beyond managing accounts, you will play a key leadership role by assisting with the training and supervision of team members, fostering a supportive environment that upholds Rosecrance's values.
