About the Role
You will serve as the organization's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Procurement during a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role is designed to bridge the gap between Finance and Supply Chain leaders, ensuring the delivery of operationally sound, future-state Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. As a critical partner to the AP leadership team, you will not only design workflows but also provide turnkey support to maintain operational continuity throughout the transition.
Your day-to-day involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate current-state AP processes into efficient Oracle configurations. You will actively drive solution design, lead testing cycles (SIT and UAT), and ensure system deployment readiness. Beyond technical configuration, you will act as a resource for training, change-impact assessments, and rapid troubleshooting, helping to reduce manual effort and improve data integrity across the organization.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- verifiedProven expertise with Oracle Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules
- verifiedExperience supporting ERP transformation or large system implementations
- verifiedExperience writing or reviewing testing scripts for SIT/UAT
Nice to Have
Healthcare industry experience. Experience with change management or training within a system implementation. Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot AP/P2P workflow issues.
