The Accounting Specialist coordinates the College's accounting for Federal grant funds and maintains accurate grant records. This role is pivotal in supporting grant oversight, processing general ledger adjustments, and reconciling accounts. You will verify bank transactions, prepare Business Office invoices, and monitor related accounts receivable, while providing additional accounting support across the Business Office.
This is a hybrid-eligible position that allows for 2-3 days a week working from home after the training period.
