About the Role
The Accounting Manager serves as a pivotal leader within our finance organization, managing the execution of critical accounting processes including Rebates, Leases, Accounts Payable, Legal, and P&L Reviews. Reporting to the Senior Director, Accounting, this hybrid role (3 days in-office) coordinates the daily activities of a team comprising Senior Accountants and offshore resources.
You will be responsible for the month-end close, financial statement fluctuation reviews, and account reconciliations. Beyond execution, the role involves developing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, implementing system enhancements to streamline operations, and driving standardization across financial processes for our regions and operations. You will partner closely with FP&A, Financial Reporting, Branch Operations, and Franchisee groups to ensure business accounting needs are met while supporting internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements
- verifiedBA / BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- verifiedMinimum of 7 years accounting experience
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years accounting management experience
- verifiedProfessional accountancy certification such as CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA
- verifiedExcellent knowledge of accounting, GAAP procedures and SOX controllership
