Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDeliver accurate financials with fluctuation analysis and compelling narratives for leadership
- check_circleStrengthen policies and internal controls ensuring US GAAP rigor with SaaS/ASC 606 focus
- check_circleCollaborate with external consultants on domestic and international tax filings and global compliance
- check_circleManage treasury operations including daily cash positioning and bank account rationalization
- check_circleOptimize payment timing and oversee AP accuracy and vendor hygiene
- check_circleDrive tooling and process improvements across NetSuite and adjacent systems
- check_circleCoordinate annual audits, build PBC lists, draft technical memos, and resolve findings
- check_circleOwn the month-end close end-to-end including journal entries, accruals, and consolidations
- check_circleBuild team capability through learning paths, lunch-and-learns, and SOP playbooks
- check_circleMaintain timely, audit-ready balance sheet reconciliations
- check_circleCoach team members through weekly 1:1s, goal setting, and specific feedback
- check_circleOwn a rolling 13-week cash forecast with base, upside, and downside scenarios
