About the Opportunity
Vaco by Highspring has partnered with a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This role is designed to support financial reporting, controls, and process improvements within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The Accounting Manager will manage a small team and partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financials and scalable accounting processes. You will serve as a key bridge between finance and operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
