About the Role
As an AutoGuard Enrollment/Cancellation Specialist, you will be a vital link between our accounting processes and our dealership partners. In this role, you will ensure the precise management of accounting schedules, handling the full lifecycle of AutoGuard enrollments and cancellations. Your work involves reviewing and correcting complex schedules, posting ACH payments and charges, and managing the distribution of refunds with meticulous attention to detail.
Day-to-day, you will verify the accuracy of cancellation forms, ensuring all customer and dealer signatures and refund sections are complete. You will build strong professional relationships with dealership personnel and accounting managers to resolve contract corrections and address issues requiring management attention. This position requires you to maintain high standards of organization and safety while adhering to strict company policies and federal regulations.

Requirements
